Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Whether you have a lifetime license or subscription, we offer a fair refund policy.

7-Day Refund Window

If you purchase Shout and decide it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us via our contact page or email us at support@meetshout.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days via LemonSqueezy, our payment provider.

After the Refund Window

After the 7-day refund window, refunds are generally not available. For lifetime licenses, your access never expires. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Shout and we are unable to resolve it, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis regardless of the refund window. Please contact us and describe the issue.

How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through LemonSqueezy's customer portal. A link to manage your subscription is included in your purchase confirmation email, or you can contact us for assistance.
